Upcoming Events

Friday October 24th 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Carmel Club Hockey & Lacrosse are teaming up to have a fundraiser at Wood Wind Golf Club in Westfield…this isn’t a golf outing!  The attached flyer or link below gives all the details of the event.

Wood Wind Golf Club is providing the entertainment, pizza dinner, and adult beverages to us for FREE!!!

The lacrosse team and hockey team will raise money by selling tickets to the event for $10.00 each and collecting items for a silent auction.  Wood Wind Golf Club will take care of entertainment, food, beverages, setup, cleanup, mailing tickets, and collecting payments on silent auction items.

It is the responsibility of each team to find silent auction items and sell tickets (this is how we’ll raise money).

Ticket Sales:  Tickets may be purchased online or Scott Heger will have tickets at the hockey games this fall.  Each team member will also be given 4 tickets to sell.  Tickets will be mailed for all online purchases.  Use this link for Blue/Gold Event information and to purchase tickets.  This is also the link you’ll want to forward to friends and family.  The more people we have, the better we’ll do with our silent auction.

Silent Auction Items:  Sporting event tickets, signed memorabilia, restaurant certificates, gift cards, rounds of golf, trips, hotel nights, etc. make great silent auction items.  Auction items will be collected by Scott Heger and a list of items will be compiled by team and emailed out on a regular basis.  Please don’t wait until the last week to find items.  Scott can be reached at 317-413-8866 (cell) or by email, scott.heger@woodwindgolf.com.  Scott will collect auction items at hockey games this fall, anytime at Wood Wind Golf Club, or at their house.  Auction Items will be listed on the attached link (Woodwind Website) as we collect them.  We want everyone to know what is available prior to the event.

Tickets sales will be split evenly between the two teams and the team that donates an item for the silent auction receives the money for that item.  If a lacrosse family donates an item and it raises $300.00, that money will go towards the lacrosse program.

Hockey Only:  Silent Auction Items – The items will be broken down per team and family.  For example, if a Gold player’s family donates an item and it sells for $300.00, the Gold Team will get $150.00 and $150.00 will be taken off that family’s yearly assessment.

This is a great opportunity for our team and club!

Icehounds Fundraising Update

  • Everyone please continue working on the Ad Book sponsors. By selling ads for our Icehounds Ad Books, you are not only helping to keep our program financially sound, but you can offset the cost of the Icehounds fees and assessments.  Let's all set goals and take advantage of the Ad Book fundraiser.
  • Time is limited so let's work hard off the ice to make this happen -
  • We will be announcing an additional fundraising event in the very near future.

2014 - 2015 Ichounds

  • Up to 4 Gold and 4 Blue players will be designated as "double rostered" and can be interchanged between the Gold and Blue teams. The "double rostered" players will be designated after Training Camp. Gold and Blue final rosters will be set on December 31.
  • It is important to understand this try-out process identified 40 players for the Gold and Blue teams. There may be some player movement within the program before or after July 20th. This potential movement may create opening on either or both rosters for players not currently on the list. The formal process of releasing players to the Hoosier League pool will not take place until July 20th. Thank you to all the players and parents who tried out this year.

Congratulations to Carmel Blue, which won the 1A State Championship (3-2) over the Summit City Panthers in overtime.  Also congratulations on a great season for Carmel Gold, which lost a heartbreaker to Leo, (2-1) in double overtime
